FCC holds carnival of water color paintings

The exhibition being inaugurated by one of the most prominent Qatari artist Hassan Abdul Rehman Al Mulla.

Friends Cultural Centre (FCC) in collaboration with Shantiniketan Indian School (SIS) held a water colour painting exhibition on May 19 at FCC Hall in Hilal. The exhibition was inaugurated by one of the most prominent artists in Qatar Hassan Abdul Rehman Al Mulla.

 

The paintings exhibited are from the collection of Doha artist Noufal KV who is also an art teacher at SIS. Hailing from Kerala, India, Noufal KV claims to have proficiency in art and painting since the last 15 years. He says that he has received immense support from the management of SIS for this venture, adding, “I draw ideas to draw from my imagination and all the beautiful things from my surroundings.”

SIS Principal Subhash B Nair, SIS President KC Abdul Latheef, FCC Chairman PP Abdul Rehman, and Qatar Charity program manager Fareed Khalil Siddiqi were also present at the inauguration
